At J. Pavilion, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your item isn't the perfect fit, you can return or exchange any unworn, tagged merchandise within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Package Your Items

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all original tags are attached and the garment is in its original condition.

• 3.
  Print and Attach Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email, then affix it clearly to the outside of your return package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Leave your package at any authorized courier drop-off point and keep your tracking receipt; your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days of receipt.
